IMPORTANT: Rules of Conduct for
Students in NMLS education courses
The
NMLS has established a "Rules of Conduct for Students," or ROC to
clearly define standards of appropriate conduct and outline possible
consequences for violations. The purpose of the ROC is to strengthen
education requirements by stressing a high level of integrity in course
delivery. The text of the ROC can be downloaded as a pdf here.
Remember the “Successive Year”
Rule!
MLOs
are advised that to comply with the SAFE Act’s “successive years” rule,
which means they may NOT take the same CE course two years in a row!

DIFS holds non-credit, informational seminars for First and Second
Mortgage
licensees and registrants, Loan Originator licensees, and Consumer
Financial Services licensees.

NOTE ON CLASS CANCELLATIONS: AES will make every effort to deliver
courses on scheduled dates. However,
insufficient enrollment can cause
a class to be cancelled. In such an event, AES will notify
students 48
hours prior to the cancellation.
